We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or account payments through PayPal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase.
Security
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Shipping
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays) pending availability and credit card verification. All items are shipped via UPS ground. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Domestic orders are a flat rate of $5.00.
International orders are a flat rate of $10.00 (US).
Item Availability
We make every attempt to keep our website updated, but occasionally an item may be sold out and unavailable. In this case, we will contact you via email or phone.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition, with all tags attached, in the original packaging. All sales are final on special orders and discounted items. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
All returns should be shipped using a tracking number. Customer is responsible for insuring safe delivery and tracking of returns.
Westside does not refund shipping and handling charges.
